In the summer of 2008 Taverna La Sénia opened its doors. Since the beginning, we opted for the Mediterranean Gastronomy, a cuisine based on the selection of fresh and seasonal produces, bought daily at the Central Market of Valencia.
Since its 2013 edition, the prestigious Michelin Guide recommends Taberna la Sénia: 'A place, with rustic line and informal atmosphere, is a good option to taste tapas of contemporary Mediterranean cuisine'.
